What does the process of working together look like?
We start with your business goals, then design the creator strategy, content system, and measurement framework before activating creators. From there, we manage execution, optimization, and reporting end-to-end.
Senior leadership stays closely involved throughout.
We already have a paid media team—why include paid social?
Because organic reach is unpredictable. Paid social allows us to scale the creator content that’s already working, extend its lifespan, and drive measurable performance. We complement your paid team—we don’t replace them.
Why analytics / enhanced reporting / CRO matter?
Because views alone don’t show business impact.
Analytics tell us what content is driving real behavior, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) ensures the traffic creators generate actually turns into customers by improving landing pages, messaging, and user flows. Together, they help transform attention into measurable results.
Do you work with procurement?
Yes. We regularly support enterprise procurement, onboarding, legal review, and compliance requirements. We are a certified Women Owned Business, and have a current SAM registration/Cage # and are listed in the Ariba/SAP system for procurement.
Can you work alongside another agency?
Absolutely. We often collaborate with in-house teams, media agencies, and creative partners and integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.

How are creator fees determined?
Fees are based on scope of work, content complexity, usage rights, exclusivity, and the role creators play in the overall strategy—not simple CPM formulas.
We have an in-house team—why use an agency?
We provide the systems, scale, data, and commercial expertise that are difficult to build internally, helping in-house teams move faster and operate more effectively.
Do you work on Global Programs?
Yes. We design and manage creator programs across regions and markets, coordinating strategy, creator partnerships, localization, and measurement to ensure consistency and performance at scale.
What are your payment terms?
We work within standard enterprise payment terms and collaborate closely with procurement and finance teams.
Do you represent creators?
No. We don’t offer talent representation.
We work exclusively on behalf of brands to build and manage creator partnerships, and believe representing both sides creates a conflict of interest. Keeping that separation allows us to remain objective, transparent, and focused on delivering the best outcomes for our clients.
